On 19th-20th of May our students AMU Poznań Student Chapter of the AAPG – Igor Śniady and Aleksandra Machowska had an opportunity to participate in the international conference in London „Pathways for Geoscientists in a Net-Zero Future”. The aim of the conference was energy transition and new technologies that can help us to achieve a zero-net future and to prevent climate change. During the conference a series of reports were introduced to the audience in order to give them a better acknowledgment of the topic. Other reports were conducted by leading heads of the companies connected with hydrocarbon economy such as BP, Shell, Studio X. We are very thankful for the opportunity to participate in this amazing event thanks to the sponsors and AAPG European Region.
